пытаюсь создать новый проект. каждый раз выдезает штук десять старых проектов
как создать новый проект без появления старых?

они, простите, "вылезают"?

При создании нового проекта есть 2 опции:
1) Create a project based on a project template
2) Create a project based on previous project

Если выбрана 1-я опция и default, то просто нужно нажать Next, и никакие старые проекты "вылезать" не будут.
