Swordfish - Repeat translations not included in target language

I completed a large assignment with Swordfish (with a lot of repetition) and converted it back to xliff format after. The target language files now seem to show the English source language for all entries, which were repeat translations and pre-filled by Swordfish. What did I do wrong? I would be very thankful for any advice you may have...

Approve translations before converting to original format

Matches propagated automatically are not approved automatically, as they may need to be reviewed in the right context.
If you are sure all matches that were automatically propagated are OK, then you can approve them all in one go using the "Approve all Translations" option from "Tasks" menu.
Swordfish probably warned you about unapproved segments before you converted the XLIFF file to original format. Next time simply go back and approve the missing pieces.
