Is there anything else that might affect me? I really don't know the facts and figures but I'd have thought you might become liable for just about anything and everything. You should be taking legal and financial advice, IMHO. | | | Linda Li United States Local time: 00:34 English to Chinese That sounds scary! | Aug 9, 2016 |
You'd better consult with a lawyer, and it does not sound a good idea to me. | | | Al Arafat Canada Local time: 01:34 English to Bengali + ... TOPIC STARTER Thanks Sheila and Linda | Aug 9, 2016 |
Thanks Sheila and Linda for your concerns. For this moment, let's assume that nothing 'bad' happens from the agency. Do I still need to apply for the 'business Identification number' or "Trade licence" in Ontario/ Canada as the company is already registered in that particular country? I will not provide anything else other than my address. Thanks again. | |

Something doesn't feel right, and I would be leery. Mostly a gut feeling. Canada has a good reputation, and maybe it's good to be located here, but then maybe the entities who are "located" here should in fact actually be located here. | | | Tina Vonhof (X) Canada Local time: 23:34 Dutch to English + ...
