I don't know if it means 'premonitory symptoms' or 'before migraine attacks' .

Although I am not a medical specialist, I think the issue here is a purely liguistic one — and I'm afraid it doesn't mean either of the things you mention; this is nothing about the various stages of a migraine attack, it simply refers to ones that happened before — either "before this consultation", or possibly "before the one you are currently having"

Previous/past migraine attacks


Explanation:
My suggestion may sound a repetition of my peers' translations, but I wanted to add that it will only mean 'premonitory symptoms' or 'before migraine attacks' if the text were 'prior to migraine attacks'. I also first though it was the symptoms one feels before the attack (symptoms I know very well), but the lack of the 'to' makes a big difference in the meaning.
