Finnish term or phrase: tasosekoittaja (chemistry)
What is a "tasosekoittaja" (or "tasosekoitin") in the context of a chemistry lab?

I've tried to see if "level mixer" is a term used in chem lab contexts in English, but I've found no convincing support for this so far.

Thanks

The recommended form is actually "tasosekoitin" since instrument designations in Finnish typically end in -in whereas words ending in -aja/äjä usually denote human actors (the ones who operate the instruments).

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thanks. "tasosekoittaja" (with -ja rather than -in) is the term that I found in the text I was working on, so that's how I titled the thread..
