Tehottomuusseuraamus Sanction of ineffectiveness Explanation: This seems to be a feature of the new Public Procurement Act (Section 96), and seems to have been translated in the other Nordic countries and EU as sanction of ineffectiveness. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 5 days (2014-03-03 08:46:30 GMT) Post-grading -------------------------------------------------- Thanks, I know the term sounds odd (personally I'd prefer sanction/s for ineffectiveness if one must use the term 'ineffectiveness').
