I realize this is not Finnish but apparently it's in use in Finnish practice. This is from a Finnish operative report.

Explanation:
I think this refers to the last sentence in the operation report (the application of a fibreglass cast/slab in 15 degree flexion), and suspect a typo (g instead of q).
