I wonder if anyone knows what these abbreviations refer to, the sentence being: Laajennettu T+M, värikalvolla ei kiinnikkeitä. This is a patient discharge report.

Hi Anu, thank you for your answer. I had to deliver my file before I received any answers, but I translated it as Dilated and stated that I was not entirely sure about the abbreviations. I also offered the tropicamide etc. as a possibility, similarly to your answer.
