a radio-clinical examination

Explanation:
I found the word 'l'anamnèse' to be 'information provided by the patient concerning the patient's history and problems or illnesses'.

Anamnesis
'In psychology it's a recalling to memory or a recollection.'
'In medicine it's a complete history recalled and recounted by a patient.'
It can also be a patient's case history; or a detailed record of the background of a person or a group under study or treatment.

I've seen the word 'testament' in German and Italian translations in connection with possible insurance claims and a legal will or testimonial. It was unusual as I'd never come across it before in reading for use. It might be used in other languages in the field of medical records and documents on file, and I wonder if it can contain predictions.

(J'ai vu le mot 'testament' parmi une traduction allemande-italienne dans le champ des réclamations possibles des assurances médicales, et comme partie d'un testimoniale. C'était insolite puisque je n'avais pas vu le mot 'testament' avant parmi les lectures pour l'usage. Peut-être c'est utilisé dans une autre langue comme un mot en ce qui concerne les fiches et des documents médicales, et je me demande si ça peut porter des prédictions ou une prévision aussi.

Example sentence(s):
  • "Items one to seven were in connection with the information provided by the patient regarding the history of the patient's problems, and the radio-clinical examination."
