ex. "Während der Betriebszeit müssen die kundenorientierten Abteilungen angemessen besetzt sein (...)"
J'avais pensé à "heures d'ouverture", mais le terme s'applique à toute l'entreprise, donc à la production, à l'administration, etc.
Je n'arrive pas à trouver de bon équivalent en français. Des idées?
