Die Validierung wurde mit Verdünnungen von zwei Stammlösungen der N-Nitrosamine mit unterschiedlichen Konzentrationen (Nitrosamines Mix 9) durchgeführt.
Dazu wurden definierte Volumina der entsprechenden Lösung der N-Nitrosamine direkt auf die Probenträger dotiert.
Anschließend wurde an der dynamischen Gasstrecke 4 h Luft mit der gewünschten Luftfeuchte mit 100 l/h über die Probenträger **gezogen**.
Für jede Konzentration wurden sechs N-Kartuschen beaufschlagt.
Die Versuche wurden bei Raumtemperatur durchgeführt.

Präzision und Wiederfindung
Zur Bestimmung der Präzision und der Wiederfindung wurden je sechs N-Kartuschen mit verschiedenen Konzentrationen der N-Nitrosamine beaufschlagt.
Die Versuche wurden bei einer relativen Luftfeuchte von ca. 38 % durchgeführt.
Es wurden verschiedene Konzentrationen der Stammlösung auf N-Kartuschen dotiert und danach wie oben beschrieben Luft darüber **gezogen**.
Das Probeluftvolumen betrug bei allen Versuchen 400 l.

Tutti effetti che si manifestano quando il cibo viene ad esempio a contatto con l’aria. Sono molto utililzzati nella carne, nei prodotti da forno e nei cereali. Tra gli antiossidanti, naturali o di sintesi, troviamo… molto utili perché inibiscono la formazione di nitrosamine..

Esposti all'aria - ho usato questa soluzione
Ci ho messo un po' ad arrivarci, ma la tua intuizione credo fosse giusta. Praticamente si soffia aria sulle cartucce, coma quando c'è corrente. Hanno utilizzato il verbo ziehen in questa accezione.
