You don´t need to translate “amparo” as it is used (and understood) as such in English. However, if you don´t feel comfortable with “amparo”, you can use “extraordinary constitutional appeal”, which is long, true, but comprehensible to everyone. And this is what “amparo” means in Mexican law. 3) Tercera extraña a juicio: Third party not directly involved in the proceedings, BUT (bit “but”) indirectly affected by them.
