ProZ.com virtual powwows are held using a virtual conference service that is integrated into powwow pages. So, at the date and time of the powwow, attendees simply need to visit the powwow page and click on a button that gives registrants access to virtual rooms. Only registrants will see the button to enter the virtual room, so make sure you register to be able to access (you can register using the "Signup to this powwow" button below).
