Translation - English The legend, comprising the title, name of the besieged city, of a date and of a precise time, bring History and collective memory headlong into the picture . This picture remains intrinsically the same, but the way the spectator reacts cannot be henceforth "innocent", as he ,therefore, shares , despite him, the vision of those, who, on this eve of bombardments, knew what might happen as they were either the policy makers or were carrying orders.
