La Fundación 22-ME-101 se vaciará en dos (2) etapas: el primer vaciado (Footing) hasta el TOG EL 97‘- 3” y el segundo vaciado de los dos (2) Pedestales y los dos (2) Muros, hasta el TOG EL 100‘- 6”. Los pedestales y muros de la segunda etapa se podrán realizar simultáneamente o en forma separada.
1.4. El volumen total a vaciar será de 450 m3. (589 cubic yards), correspondiendo: 248 m3. (325 cubic yards) al primer vaciado y 202 m3. (264 cubic yards) al segundo vaciado, discriminados así: 85 m3 (111 cubic yards) por cada Pedestal y 16 m3 (21 cubic yards) por cada Muro.

1.11. El vaciado se realizará mediante el uso de dos (2) Bombeadoras de Concreto: Una de 32 metros de alcance de bombeo (rendimiento 80 m3/hora), que se colocará al Nor-oeste de la Estructura, con la cual se vaciarán los primeros quince (15) camiones; y la otra de 36 metros de alcance de bombeo (rendimiento 80 m3/hora), que estará ubicada al Este de la Estructura, con la cual se vaciaran los restantes veintiun (21) camiones. Al desocuparse la bombeadora de 32 m. se lavará y permanecerá en el sitio, como bombeadora alterna, hasta que concluya el vaciado.

1.14. Una vez aprobado el presente Procedimiento se hará una primera Reunión con el personal que participará en el Vaciado y se les explicará el mismo. Justo antes del inicio del vaciado se realizará una Segunda Reunión con todo el personal involucrado y se les explicará el ATS, AST, Lecciones Aprendidas de otros Vaciados Masivos y el Procedimiento Constructivo. El día previo al vaciado se efectuará una Reunión en la Planta de Concreto con los Operadores y Chóferes y se explicarán los ítems del Procedimiento Constructivo y Lecciones Aprendidas que apliquen.
1.15. Se dispondrá de “camineras” removibles para el seguro desplazamiento del personal del vaciado. Todo el personal que intervenga directamente en el vaciado deberá disponer de botas de goma, lentes claros y casco. El personal que opera la manguera de la bombeadora y los vibradores deberá poseer adicionalmente careta facial y protector corporal de plástico.

1.11. The dump shall be carried out through the use of two (2) Concrete Pumps: One with 32 meters of pumping capacity (output of 80 m3/hour), which shall be placed on the North-west side of the Structure, and which shall be used to pour the first fifteen (15) trucks; and the other with 36 meters of pumping capacity (output of 80 m3/hour), which shall be located on the East side of the Structure, and which shall be used to pour the remaining twenty one (21) trucks. When the 32 m. pump is not in use, it shall be cleaned and shall remain at the site, as an alternate pump, until the dumping is completed.

1.14. Once the present Procedure is approved, the first Meeting shall be held with the personnel involved in the Dump and the procedure shall be explained. Immediately before the dump, a Second Meeting shall be held with all the personnel involved to explain the ATS, AST, Lessons Learned from other Major Dump Activities and the Constructive Procedure. The day before the dump, a Meeting at the Concrete Plant shall be held with the Operators and Drivers to explain the items on the Constructive Procedure and Lessons Learned that apply.
1.15. Removable walkways shall be available for the safe movement of the personnel involved in the activity. All the personnel that directly intervene with the dump shall have rubber boots, clear safety glasses and hardhat available. The personnel that operate the pump hose and the vibrators shall additionally wear a face shield and plastic body suit.
