Alors pourquoi prendre ce risque ? Il est important de savoir que, pour pouvoir proposer ses services d’investissement dans les pays Européen, un broker doit obligatoirement posséder ce que l’on appelle une « régulation » provenant d’un des pays membres de l’Union Européenne. Sans cette « régulation » il n’a pas le droit de vous démarcher par téléphone, ni d’accepter votre inscription sur votre plateforme et encore moins d’accepter un dépôt de votre part. Or de nombreux brokers exercent de façon illégal en Europe dans le seul but de vous escroquer. Nous avons été la victime des ces escrocs et c’est pour cette raison que nous avons créé ce site internet afin de vous informer du mieux possible.
Qu’est-ce qu’une « régulation » ?
Chaque pays de l’Europe possède une police des marchés financiers. C’est cette police qui est chargée de contrôler le bon fonctionnement de la bourse et des acteurs de la finance. Pour qu’une société soit autorisée à proposer ses services sur le sol européen elle doit donc demander une autorisation auprès de cette police.
La société fait alors l’objet d’une enquête et doit se plier à de nombreuses règles notamment dans le but de protéger l’investisseur, c’est-à-dire vous. Une telle régulation est donc la garantie que votre broker vous rendra votre argent et vos gains sans problème mais également que sa plateforme en ligne n’est pas truquée. Une fois un broker autorisé il reçoit alors un numéro d’agrément. La principale régulation est la CySEC.
Faire le choix d’un broker non agréé en Europe c’est prendre le risque de ne jamais revoir votre argent et tout perdre avant même d’avoir essayé. Sachez également qu’en cas d’escroquerie vous n’aurez aucun recours possible car ces brokers illégaux exercent depuis des paradis fiscaux. Il faut donc être très méfiant.

What is a “licence”?
Each country in Europe has a financial market authority. This authority is responsible for ensuring that the stock exchange and its financial players are properly controlled. For a company to be permitted to offer its services on European soil it must therefore request authorisation from the relevant authority.
The company is then subject to an investigation and has to comply with many rules, especially those that protect the investor, i.e. you. Such regulation is, therefore, the guarantee not only that your broker will give you back your money and your earnings without a problem, but also that their online platform is not a fake. Once authorised, the broker then receives a registration number. The main regulatory authority is CySEC.
Choosing an unauthorised broker in Europe is taking the risk of never seeing your money again and losing everything before even trying. Also be aware that, in the event of fraud, you will have no recourse because these illegal brokers work from tax havens. Therefore be very wary.
