Bio
I have lived over 20 years in US and 10 years in Mexico. I have a BA in philosophy and Spanish linguistics as well as an MA in Spanish linguistics from UIC in Chicago. I have taught college-level Spanish as well as introductory linguistics.

I have done freelance work for the past 4 years, including translation (Spanish/English and English/Spanish), transcription, editing, and proofreading. Some of this work has been on literature, cultural studies, politics, general science, education and sports. I have experience working with CAT tools such as MemSource and WordFast.
