Cloud rose to prominence against a backdrop of economic crisis. IT departments were almost universally ordered to “do more with less”. In that context, the relatively low capital expenditure requirements of public cloud (services delivered by a third party from shared infrastructure) and the improved infrastructure utilisation of private cloud looked to be their most compelling attributes.
But times have changed. Efficiency remains a crucial consideration, of course, but as economic conditions have improved, many companies have turned their attention to opportunities for growth.
Rozkwit technologii chmurowej przypadał na okres kryzysu gospodarczego. Działy informatyczne na całym świecie otrzymały jasne polecenie, by robić więcej mniejszym kosztem. W takim kontekście relatywnie niskie wymagania chmury publicznej co do nakładów kapitałowych (usługa realizowana przez zewnętrzny podmiot na bazie współdzielonej infrastruktury) oraz lepsze wykorzystanie infrastruktury chmury prywatnej wydawały się ich najbardziej przekonującymi zaletami.

Source text - English ACME Industries (ACME) dimethyl 2,6-naphthalene dicarboxylate (NDC) is a difunctional aromatic ester that is typically used in the production of specialty polyester polymers. Incorporation of NDC into polyesters characteristically improves the thermal, barrier (both diffusional and UV penetration), mechanical, and weathering properties of the polymer and the fabricated products. These fabricated products include specialty films, high performance fibers, rigid packaging, as well as liquid crystal polymers and other engineering resins.

Les résultats commerciaux du Groupe pour le 1e semestre ont été annoncés il y a quelques jours. L’évolution négative du marché européen continue de peser sur nos volumes, et la faiblesse des pays d’Europe du Sud sur notre part de marché. Mais parallèlement , en Amérique du Sud et surtout en Chine, les volumes sont en croissance, légitimant les extensions industrielles.
Sur un autre plan, la mise en route des négociations autour du Nouveau Contrat Social démontre la volonté d’aller de l’avant et de trouver des solutions qui permettent au Groupe de rebondir.
Même élan côté lancement de produits : le nouveau C4 Picasso est salué comme marquant un saut générationnel sur son segment et est de bon augure pour la nouvelle ligne C. La 2008 dépasse ses objectifs, obligeant à une accélération de la production. Le succès de la 208 GTI prouve que, malgré la crise, il y a une place pour les produits emblématiques et que, comme pour la ligne DS, nos Marques sont légitimes sur ces créneaux.

Z drugiej strony podjęto negocjacje dotyczące Nowego Kontraktu Socjalnego, co jest przejawem woli, by przełamać impas i znaleźć rozwiązania, które pozwolą Grupie odbić się od dna.
Równie optymistycznie wygląda kwestia nowych produktów: nowy C4 Picasso zbiera pochwały jako pojazd wyznaczający generacyjny krok do przodu w swoim segmencie, co jest świetną wróżbą dla całej nowej linii C. Model 2008 już przekroczył cele sprzedażowe, wymuszając przyspieszenie produkcji.
