Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) with constipation is a treatable medical condition. It’s characterized by these recurring symptoms over time – the “ABCs”:
Abdominal pain or discomfort
Bloating
Constipation
What is Drug X?
Drug X is the first – and only – medicine proven to relieve all three symptoms of IBS with constipation in women. Drug X is a medicine for the short-term treatment of women who have IBS with constipation as their main bowel problem. Women with this medical condition suffer from abdominal pain or discomfort, bloating and constipation. Drug X does not work for all women and has not been shown to work in men with IBS.
How does Drug X work?
Drug X works differently from laxatives, fiber and other medicines. It imitates the action of serotonin, a naturally occurring chemical in the body that helps keep your gastrointestinal (GI) tract working normally. Only prescription Drug X helps coordinate the nerves, muscles and fluid in the GI tract, so it starts functioning more normally.
How do I take Drug X?
Drug X should be taken twice a day or as prescribed by your doctor. Drug X is a small tablet you take on an empty stomach, shortly before a meal. It’s best to develop a regular routine for taking Drug X, such as before breakfast and dinner. Your doctor may prescribe Drug X for up to 6 weeks to treat IBS with constipation symptoms. If you feel better, your doctor may prescribe up to 6 more weeks of Drug X.
Getting the most out of Drug X.
Your doctor will decide how long you should take Drug X. For best results, follow your doctor’s instructions and take Drug X exactly as prescribed. If you stop taking Drug X, your symptoms may return within 1 or 2 weeks. Also, try to eat a balanced diet. Remember that while diet is not the cause of the condition, certain foods can aggravate your symptoms. You may wish to limit these foods. Typically, the most dramatic results were seen during the first month of treatment. Always keep in touch with your doctor. Talk with him or her about your symptoms and any changes you may notice.

Thuốc X là gì?
Thuốc X là thuốc uống đầu tiên và duy nhất được chứng minh làm giảm tất cả ba triệu chứng của IBS với táo bón ở phụ nữ. Thuốc X là loại thuốc uống điều trị ngắn hạn cho phụ nữ bị IBS với táo bón là vấn đề ruột chính. Phụ nữ có tiền sử bệnh này chịu cơn đau bụng hoặc khó chịu, đầy hơi và táo bón. Thuốc X không có tác dụng đối với tất cả phụ nữ và đã không thể hiện được tác dụng đối với nam giới bị IBS.
Thuốc X có tác dụng khác với thuốc nhuận tràng, chất sơ và các loại thuốc khác. Cách dùng thuốc X hiệu quả nhất.
Bác sĩ sẽ quyết định bạn nên dùng Thuốc X trong thời gian bao lâu. Để đạt kết quả tốt nhất, vui lòng làm theo chỉ dẫn của bác sĩ và sử dụng Thuốc X đúng như đã được kê đơn. Nếu bạn ngừng sử dụng Thuốc X, các triệu chứng của bạn có thể trở lại trong vòng 1 hoặc 2 tuần. Ngoài ra, cố gắng ăn theo chế độ ăn kiêng cân bằng. Hãy nhớ rằng mặc dù ăn kiêng không phải là nguyên nhân của tiền sử bệnh, loại thức ăn nào đó có thể làm cho các triệu chứng của bạn trở nên trầm trọng hơn.
