3. Everyone’s looking to develop positive, profitable relationships with customers. However, very few companies are able to do both. Many organizations are often forced to choose healthy or profitable – but there is a way to obtain both. It calls for a killer one-two punch of personal networking and choosing the right CRM software.
4. The Value of Customer Loyalty
5. “Customer loyalty and repeat business are the cornerstones of today’s market conditions,” writes Lou Dubois, social media editor for an NBC local news affiliate in Philadelphia. “In the words of many industry professionals, losing a customer is the absolute worst thing that could happen to your company.”
6. While this is true, far too many businesses put the emphasis on not losing customers – rather than building healthy, personal relationships. They’ve got it backwards, though. After all, a satisfied customer who you’ve developed a relationship with is unlikely to walk away. My name is Lisa, I’m native in Russian and hold a PhD in Linguistics. A CEFR-certified user of English with a C2 Certificate of Proficiency in English from Loughborough University, UK (on-campus training and testing).
Currently Associate Professor at Peoples' Friendship University of Russia and Executive Secretary of Training, Language and Culture– an international research journal published exclusively in English, in charge of manuscript translation, proofreading and editing, journal layout, contributor and reviewer communications, website development and management.
Member of the Union of Translators of Russia since 2009. Member of Notabenoid translator community since 2011. Working experience since 2008.
