My name is Ana Ferro. I am Portuguese, living in Portugal.

My experience with translations are as follows:

- Secretarial Studies Course (1992 - 1995): During these 3 years of study I had 4 subjects related with translations. Once a week I had to do a translations from Portuguese to English and from English to Portuguese; and from Portuguese to French and from French to Portuguese.

- At work (2007 - 2009): As responsible for the content and promotions of two hotel websites, I used to do translations from Portuguese to English and to Spanish.

- At work (2018 - 2020): In the last two working years at a Portuguese hotel in London, I have done translations from English and Spanish to Portuguese related with a website content and promotions, documentation and Powerpoint presentations.

With a Bachelor's degree in Secretarial Studies and over 20 years' experience, I have worked mainly in hospitality industry. Customer service, loyalty programme, e-commerce, website content management, hotel reservations, events co-ordination are areas where I have also improved my knowledge and skills.

Presently I have the aim to become a professional translator and, at the same time, I am also using all my competencies and accomplishments to provide costumers with professional and reliable remote administrative support (linkdin: www.linkedin.com/in/ana-luísa-jesus-mourao-ferro).
