sinimailanen

alfalfa is indeed sinimailanen, and your sinimailasyrtit as a word is correct. I was only wondering, if this pea family plant is seen as 'a herb' here? Found some references to it, but often they just use simply 'sinimailanen' without the unclear 'yrtit' added. I'd just put 'sinimailanen 10 %'

ps. A-vitamiini, D-vitamiini (no capital v)
Example sentence:

Sinimailanen (Medicago sativa) eli alfalfa on valkuaisainepitoinen hernekasvi.
