I had a look online and found the following under the headings:
"Presiseringer og oversikt over kjente feil" and "Beskrivelse"
Lagt inn presisering på bruk av attributtet Meldingsbekreftelse (Ack)
and further down this is defined as:
"Angivelse av om avsender ønsker bekreftelse på at mottaker har mottatt meldingen."
