Hi,

I've been waiting for this job to be available to non-members. But when the declared timeframe ended it still says:
"The information you have declared in your profile does not match the necessary criteria set by the outsourcer for quoting on this job"

But I meet the cirteria declared on the head:
"The outsourcer has chosen to restrict quoting on this job to those who:
... are native speakers of Turkish (You have reported that you are.)
... cu... See more
