"Die Durchlasswahrscheinlichkeit ist die Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass ein Belegungsversuch von einem beliebigen Übergabepunkt am Eingang des Netzes zu einem beliebigen Endpunkt am Ausgang dieses Netzes durchgeschaltet werden kann."

This seems to be measured as a percentage. I understand the explanation but I would like the technical term (if there is one). Thanks in advance. AJS
