Spanish term

agentes sensibilizadores

Spanish to English Social Sciences Certificates, Diplomas, Licenses, CVs
This appears in a CV of the title of a workshop attended by the author who is a nurse.

Programo de “FORMACIÓN DE AGENTES SENSIBILIZADORES EN COOPERACIÓN INTERNACIONAL”, organized por la ONG “ENFERMERAS PARA EL MUNDO” de Madrid, realizado en Septiembre- Octubre de 2002.

Does anyone know if this is a common term in volunteering/third world and if so what would the usual translation be? TIA

awareness campaigner

Of all the different permutations I can think of, this seems to be the most common if Google is to be believed

Note from asker:
Thanks Simon - I knew it wasn't sensitizing agent! but just couldn't come up with the right term.
