I am translating from German to English. In this text, jednoduchá spoločnosť na akcie is described as "eine Hybridform der Kapitalgesellschaft, der GmbH und der AG für Risikoinvestitionen". Rather than translating Kapitalgesellschaft, GmbH and AG, I would prefer to give an English definition that stands on its own two feet.
Die vorgeschlagene ***einfache Aktiengesellschaft*** bildet eine Hybridform der Kapitalgesellschaft, die Elemente der GmbH und auch der AG übernimmt. Die Aktien des genannten Firmentyps können nur in Form eines verbuchten Wertpapiers ausgegeben werden.
