3% 30.d.F.M / netto 30.d.FF.M

German to English Bus/Financial Accounting
Can anyone specifically tell me what the d.F.M. and d.FF.M are? These are payment terms, I assume its 30th of the following month, but not usre about the d.FF.M.

Lori. I'd like to look at Silke's post a little more closely. The terms are clearly "less 3% if paid by the 30th of the month following (presumably the date of invoice or delivery), and net if paid by the 30th of the month thereafter.

However, it seems a little bit generous to offer a 3% discount over such a long period, which could amount to eight weeks or so, so it is an abbreviation which I personally would check with the client as to its exact meaning.
