The grantor agrees as an independent obligation which will not merge in any judgement or order to pay interest on any judgement or order for the payment of all or any part of the moneys owing to the secured party at the higher of the rate payable under the judgement or order or interest calculated at the rate and in the manner set out this second schedule.
