What is the most accurate translation of (virtual and accurate) in the following context:

"Encourage the good, gently steer them away from the bad, and stay firm with an unequivocal no to anything that compromises virtual—or actual—safety or ethics."

I would generally translate virtual as فعلي and actual as واقغي but I can't really grasp the real difference between the in this context (virtual safety # actual safety OR virtual ethics # actual ethics)!

So, I'm waiting for more explanation. Thanks a lot
