في السياق الذي ذكرتيه، وفي سياق معالجة اللغة أيضًا، noise معناها ضجيج أو ضجة (صوت عشوائي غير مقصود)، أما audio فتعني الصوت المسموع (الصوت المقصود؛ صوت الشخص أو الأشخاص المتحدثين).

There is no shortage of good advice received so far regarding the interesting distinction between "sound" and "audio." The consensus is that "sound" refers to ambient sound waves entering the system in analog fashion (e.g., a live person talking), probably through a mic, while "audio" refers to a digital feed from an electronic file, i.e., a signal with sound content (e.g., a digital recording of somebody talking). I join that consensus, with a few suggestions of my own:

1. I prefer إشارات صوتية for "audio."

2. In this context, the plural form sounds better to my ears: الأصوات والإشارات الصوتية

3. I prefer using the verb يُتيح for "allows":

يُتيح معالجة الأصوات والإشارات الصوتية

assuming that this is a description of the capabilities of the app.

4. I suggest that you send an email to the agency/client explaining that in your translation of the phrase "sound and audio," you are assuming that audio refers to analog sound material, while audio refers to digital signal, and that if your understanding is incorrect, you request clarification. They will appreciate your taking the extra mile to achieve accuracy.
