Salve a tutti, dovrei tradurre il termine "whip" in questo contesto: "the Democratic Whip of the House of Representatives, is in the region leading a congressional delegation, ecc.". Whip dovrebbe far riferimento al "capo" o al "capogruppo", tuttavia aspetto risposte da chi ne sa più di me.
