Just another suggestion:
Meja bulat often use as conference table. So I guess its can also be call as "Meja persidangan".
I think there are many cases when the table is not really round.

: Methinks, with ref to the contexts, this has more merits. Better to use the meaning of the expression here instead of just translating the expression.

: But this does not convey the same 'equality' message as is inherent in the English. Agreed 'meja bulat' is not necessarily round, but the voice of each participant carries equal weight.
