Appropriated to (available) reserve capital
If refers to profits 'appropriated', viz. distributed as co. dividends or set aside 'as retained earnings' to a reserve.
Unrestricted equity may be the standard translation but confusable with bundna aktier whioch are restricted-transfer shares. Reserve capital is distributable vs. capital reserve which is not.
