nose pad
The correct Norwegian term seems to be "nesekloss" which translates into "nose pad" in the below reference. It is a cushion/pad that plugs the opening in the treatment bench while the patient is on his/ her back.

nasal packs
I'm guessing that it could mean nasal packs, which are made from gauze or other bandaging materials and placed in the nose to stop serious nose bleeds and after some nasal surgery.
