steer/lead into the heart of every storm, till it rips the rigging!

Steer our fellows...
Lead our fellows...
into the heart of every storm, till it rips the rigging!

If not an all-male crew, then "our crew."

Literally, "so that it rips," but "till" sounds nicer.

For Alina: What do you mean by "offise inhabitants"? Probably "office"? But, still, what does this refer to? It needs to be changed, because it sounds strange. If it means the employees of a certain company unit or office, who are being taken somewhere on a yacht, then maybe "... lead our accounting team into the heart..." - if, for example, it's the accounting office. But if the emphasis is supposed to be on the fact that these employees are normally sedentary, then perhaps "... lead our desk jockeys into the heart..." - except, be careful, because "desk jockey" is not a very kind term. Maybe "lead our office warriors" would be more gentle.

agree Alexander Onishko : you lead us in the heart of storm and let the rigging rip?

Sure! Thanks, Alexander. But "into," not "in."

Thanks, Jack.
agree Olga Cartlidge : or our lads

Thanks, Olga. "Lads," also "boys" are typical seafarers' usage. But if it's an ironical message for a modern yacht, then maybe not "lads."
agree Judith Hehir : See below.

head into the thick of the storm so that it destroys the rigging

thick of the storm—idiom
destroy the rigging—idiomatic

Go with Rachel, folks. Until now, I never saw наших ребят. That will teach me. I have to read the fine print.
