Spanish term

Batería Central lado Abonado (BCA) OR Batería Central lado Central (BCC)

Spanish to English Tech/Engineering Aerospace / Aviation / Space communications for air traffic control
In the specifications for air traffic control communications center, there is a list of interfaces, including Batería Central lado Abonado (BCA), and Batería Central lado Central (BCC) for which I have not been able to locate their translation in English. If someone can give me one of them, I will probably be able to find the other one.
Thanks so much!!

If it is any help the only thing the text says about the BCC, is the following, and BCA is similar:
Las características que debe cumplir esta interfaz son:
Normativa No hay normativa específica
Tipo de Enlace 2 Hilos (ITU-T M.1040)
Impedancia 600 ohmios (pares balanceados)
Ancho de Banda de 300 a 3400 Hz
Nivel Tx Audio -10 a 0 dBm
Sensibilidad Rx -35 a +5 dBm Nivel Rx Audio estándar:N.A.
Nivel Rx Señalización estándar: 0 dBm
Timbre de llamada en Rx Entre 60 y 100 Vac a 25 Hz

A comm system it has to be... Otherwise, why would they need any "ancho de banda" or a "Tx nivel de audio", or a "timbre de llamada"?

A "switchboard" is thus defined:

part of a manual or manually supervised exchange at which the interconnection of circuits is manually controlled
cuadro (de conexión) manual

I just found this in an Italian website:
· LB - Local Battery
· CB/R - Central Battery with repeated call
· ACB/S - Automatic Central Battery-Subscriber side
· ACB/E - Automatic Central Battery-Exchange side
So....maybe Central Battery-Switching Unit Side or switchboard side might work?

The text in general talks about radio and telephone communications, and ground-to-air messages. Apparently it is the complete communication system of a control tower.
to philgoddard: so 'batería central' is not the 'middle battery' but the battery of the control panel? Makes sense I guess, Central-side control panel battery.?? I'll google it and see if anyone anywhere in the world ever said this!!

A literal translation should be fine, with the first one being "subscriber-side central battery". The only question for me is how you translate the final Spanish "central", which is a noun - control panel?

... Subsequent developments in telephony refer to what is known as the central battery system (CBS) in which energization of the subscriber's set is facilitated by a battery situated at the exchange. A manual telephone network using CBS is illustrated in Fig, 3.l7. The constituent hardware is as fallows: :,,,
