This is actually a text about an experience at an art exhibition in Buenos Aires. At first, I thought it was a typo, but the two uses make me think it is the name of some kind of flower (not the style, Rococo)

Mucha gente pasa por el consultorio, no todos se sientan, pero lo que veo es que rodean el escritorio o miran la agenda que hay sobre él. También quieren saber si las rococó del florero son de verdad. Hay una música tranquila con una imagen que nada tiene que ver.

AND

Saludan al llegar y se sientan muy cerca de una mesa con velador, un poco frágil (la mesa, no el velador), que hace juego con las rococó que perfuman o decoran el escritorio.

I wonder if it means showy -perhaps they're brightly colored and double, ie with lots of petals. You could possibly get away with simply saying "roses"
