CONTEXT: "El tribunal arbitral deberá valorar el informe del experto como una ***presunción grave*** de la veracidad de las conclusiones que en él se incluyen, de tal manera que el tribunal no podrá contradecir dichas conclusiones en su fallo a menos que existan antecedentes que constituyan plena prueba de lo contrario. "
