The last paragraph says, "In any case, the conduct defined as criminal consists in promising, offering, or granting a benefit or advantage of any nature to the persons indicated as beneficiaries of the criminal action (directors, administrators, employees, or associates of a business company or a partnership, foundation, or organization).

criminal conduct

According to LaFave (Criminal Law, 2003): “The substantive criminal law is that law which, for the purpose of preventing harm to society, declares what conduct is criminal and rescribes the punishment to be imposed for such conduct. ... As the above definition of substantive criminal law implies, conduct cannot be called “criminal” unless a punishment is prescribed therefor” (emphasis added).
