How would question 2 be put best?

Pleasure. Logic is either you make toys or you don't. True, you could do other things and make toys as a side operation or intend to branch out into the business. Then maybe it would be justified, not otherwise. Hence my reference to context. :O) :O)

Agree On the same wave length - In question 1 and 3 OK, but in no 2 it seems unnecessary. Just wanted to check opinion on this. Thanks Álvaro!

Adam, IMHO and unless your context states the contrary, 'orientada' in no.2 seems a bit superfluous. There's a chance it may just be plain wordiness. Orientada/aimed/targeted makes perfect sense in 1&3 but seems unnecessary in 2. :O)

Is the company toy production-oriented?

"orientada" is obviously an anglicism/barbarism abusively used in marketing literature (but it may sound weird also in English, I cannot say).
More idiomatic would be "la empresa se dedica a (/tiene como vocación/tiene como meta) la fabricación de juguetes".
