El ordinal Quinto del exponendo menciona el préstamo pero no añade nada. No entiendo muy bien qué pasa con estos CIENTO VEINTITRÉS MIL QUINIENTOS SESENTA Y OCHO EUROS. La parte compradora los retiene y luego... ¿?
