I know albaran is a delivery note but what could "LINEA de albarán" be? Surely not "delivery note line...? There is very little context as this is one many terms listed in a spreasheet, in the shape of a two column glossary.... here are some of the "neighbouring" terms anyway in case it helps.

Creo que se refiere a que no se ha seleccionado ningún objeto o parte del albarán. Por lo tanto, podría traducirse como "item"
