Source text - English Evidence shows that these disparities in children’s chances to grow up healthy, educated and safe stem chiefly from three factors: poverty, with children in the poorest quintile faring significantly worse than others; geographic residence, with children who reside in the poorest regions and countries, as well as in remote rural areas and urban slums within countries, facing significant disadvantages; and gender, with girls facing disproportionate threats to their well-being and to the realization of their human rights.
Translation - Spanish La evidencia muestra que estas disparidades en las posibilidades de que los niños crezcan sanos, educados y seguros se derivan principalmente de tres factores: la pobreza, con niños en el quintil más pobre encontrándose hasta ahora significativamente peor que otros; residencia geográfica, con niños que residen en las regiones y países más pobres, así como en áreas rurales remotas y barrios marginales urbanos dentro de los países, enfrentando desventajas significativas; y género, con niñas enfrentando amenazas desproporcionadas para su bienestar y el reconocimiento de sus derechos humanos.

Source text - Spanish El concepto y el tipo de silogismo que representa la abducción, tienen la virtud de insertar en las operaciones de la lógica aquello que es “indeterminación”, aquello que precisamente, está fuera de la lógica. Esta paradoja solo puede entenderse si concebimos los procesos lógicos como estructuras construidas que, al mismo tiempo que explican el mundo, tienen que someterlo, entendiendo que no pueden abrazarlo completamente. El fin de la lógica es, el seguir la huella que puede explicar y dar sentido a ese mundo que se presenta como multiplicidad y que podemos experimentar de muchos modos, pero que necesita someterse a las categorías del conocimiento lógico, entendido como unidad. Ya es de la propia naturaleza del arte, abrazar el mundo en su “ser”.
Translation - English The concept and the type of syllogism that represents abduction has the virtue of inserting into the operations of logic that which is “indeterminacy”, that which would be precisely outside of logic. This paradox can only be understood if we conceive the logical processes as built structures that, while explaining the world, must subdue it, understanding that they cannot fully embrace it. The purpose of logic is to follow the trace that can explain and give meaning to that world that is presented as multiplicity and that we can experience in many ways, but that needs to submit to the categories of logical knowledge, understood as oneness. It is already in the nature of art to embrace the world in its “self”.
