In MS Word, seeking Regex to hide non-highlighted text in multiple files

Hi all, I want to hide non-highlighted text in MS Word 2016, but as I often often need to perform the operation on a larger number of files at once, I am hoping to find a regex that I can apply in a batch editor like Notepad++. I would similarly need to be able batch-undo the process, though either find all non-nonhighlighted or find all hidden would work (and then replace with non-hidden in either case). Any ideas? Thanks!
