I am not aware of an "spontaneous anticoagulation"term, I wonder if the medical transcription has an error with the comma or something. It seems that the results are consistent to having liver problems, except the INR which is used to "relate the results of the prothrombin times performed in any laboratory to the results that would have been obtained if the primary reference reagent had been used to perform the test. THe results of all prothrombin times could thus be standardized using this method, a calculation called the International Normalized Ratio (INR)" (from the Textbook of Hematology by Shirlyn B. Mckenzie; ISBN 0-683-18016-9; page 595)

..."Several drugs taken concurrently can affect the response to oral anticoagulants. SOme potentiate the effect of the anticoagulant so that a lower dose than usual is needed. Other drugs decrease the effect of coumarin. If the interfering drug is given steadily, the dose of the anticoagulant should be adjusted. If it is taken only periodically, the patient will be at risk of bleeding or may not be in an effective therapeutic range of the coumadin" (from the Textbook of Hematology by Shirlyn B. Mckenzie; ISBN 0-683-18016-9; page 595)

May be they gave the patient a bunch of drugs and it had some effect on which it "spontaneously" affected the anticoagulation effects of the drugs taken, therefore affecting the INR results. So may be you could translate it as "anticoagulación espontánea con rangos de INR entre/de..."
Suerte!

Correction about 3.3 and 3.79, it should be 3,3 and 3,79

neutral maria pla : Lo que dices tiene sentido. Pero, el término espontánea significa que surge por si misma, no provocada por algún factor como puede ser un fármaco. Creo que convendrás en eso.
