In cazul asta cred ca este vorba de operatiuni de inregistrare la biroul de cadastru si publicitate imobiliara respectiv.
Legea din linkul trimis traduce acest oficiu ca "cadastre and real-estate publicity" ceea ce mie imi suna ca "furculition".
Eu as spune "operations of registration with the Cadaster and Land Registry Office" ca sa sune mai mult sau mai putin ca in romaneste, desi "cadaster" and "Land Registry" este exact acelasi lucru.

Intr-adevar, Agentia Nationala de Cadastru si Publicitate Imobiliara se traduce oficial "National Agency for Cadastre and Land Registration"
Eventual : Registration with the local branch of the "National Agency for Cadastre and Land Registration" desi cred ca cum am sugerat mai sus e suficient de clar.
