without V.A.T.
Nearly 100% of prices must include V.A.T. (tipically 25%) in Hungary, but price informations often are given as net price plus V.A.T. So you must tell it how the given price is built up.

exclusive of VAT
this is the way it is used in legal or financial texts. The point in adding this clause to a net price is drawing the attention of the reader to the fact while the net price is determined by the seller, VAT is subject to change under the law, and at the time of billing the then current rate will be applied.
