English to Serbian Law/Patents Law (general) enforcement procedure

The first paragraph of the Law on Obligations of the Socialist Federative Republic of Yugoslavia (1978), still applicable in Serbia, mandates a statute of limitation of 3 years instead of the 3 which would be applicable for claims of compensation for the provision of electrical and heat energy, gas, water, chimney's and other cleaning when the provision or service is carried out for the needs of a household.
