ist Jargon der Ethik, soziologie, Philosophie die nicht zu meinen Felder gehören aber so viel ist klar. Der Satz ist über einen kollektiven Ausdruck. Ich hoffe keine Übersetzung aus dem Türkischen, waere für Einwohner kompliziert genug. Öffentlichkeit ist eher public, deswegen publicity stehen lassen, wird öfters so benutzt.
